2011 off peak rates
(All dates excluding the below exceptions)
$200 per night mid week, 3 night mid week minimum applies. $740 per weekend. 15% discount will apply to bookings of 5 nights or more and 20% discount will apply to bookings of 7 nights or more.

$225 per night mid week, 3 night mid week minimum applies. $740 per weekend. 20% discount will apply to bookings of 7 nights or more.
Summer
1st Dec to 22nd Dec 2011
8th Jan to 31st Jan 2012
$250 per night mid week. 4 night mid week minimum applies. $800 per weekend. $2050 per week.
Xmas / New Year 2011
23rd Dec 2011 to 7th Jan 2012
$2260 per week. 7 night minimum applies.
Arrival time 2pm, departure time 10am on all dates
Refundable bond of $500 applies to all bookings
